Get Down From There!: Inverted Helicopter Ceiling Fan

amazing ceiling fan
Inverted Helicopter Ceiling Fan
This is a ceiling fan created by artist Raphaele Iaennello using a 1/6 scale Hughes MD 500 helicopter mounted upside down to the ceiling. Obviously, it's far cooler than my ceiling fan, which isn't a ceiling fan at all, but a box fan in my apartment window that I sometimes talk through so I sound like Darth Vader to the people walking by outside. That's always a good time. Never a good time? Taking your shirt off under a fan and sticking your fingers in the blades. One time I did it on high and lost my hand. Now I have a hook for a hand. "You do not have a hook for a hand." Well only because I misplaced it and have had to use this sink stopper. "That's a buttplug." I found it in the junk drawer!

Thanks to Joshua and bb, who both made ceiling fans out of ninja swords and now everybody's afraid to ever get drunk at either one of their places.

World's Oldest Divorcees: 99-Year-Old Man Seeks Divorce

World's Oldest Divorcees

A 99-year old Italian man is filing for divorce after discovering letters from an affair his wife had over 60 years ago.

According to The Telegraph, "Antonio C" (as he is referred to in court documents) confronted his wife of 77 years, 96-year-old "Rosa C," about the letters and demanded a divorce. She reportedly confessed but was unable to convince him to stay, though she has not contested the divorce, UPI reports.

Court papers indicate she wrote the letters during an affair in the 1940s.

According to Newser, the couple will become the world's oldest divorcees. That record was last set by British couple Bertie and Jessie Wood, who divorced in 2009 and age 98.

Antonio and Rosa have five kids, 12 grandchildren, and one great-grandchild.

Owner suprised to find cat regularly catches bus

cat
Traveler Cat
A pet cat named Dodger is living up to his name - by catching free bus trips from his home town.

The ginger moggy, who was named after the Artful Dodger from Oliver Twist, has taken to hopping on and off the public transport at the bus station near his home.

The 15-year-old Tom even sits on bemused passengers' laps as the bus makes up to 10 mile round trips from Bridport to Charmouth in Dorset.

Dodger is such a regular customer that some of the drivers take tins of cat food to work with them to give to him. They even know what stop to let him off at.

At the end of his journies the roving moggy returns to his home and owner Fee Jeanes.

Mrs Jeanes, 44, believes Dodger first took a liking to the buses as they are warm like greenhouses when the sun is on them.
